Students attending contact workshops are able to utilize the counselling services on that campus at no charge. However it is important to remember:
Mental Health emergencies are normally best managed with the local Mental Health Emergency Team but the Counselling Service can help you access this agency.
A range of self-help resources is also available including the CROW website where a variety of information sources on a range of issues, which are commonly experienced by students, are readily available. There are also books and CDs you can borrow to assist with relaxation, sleep and wellness.
