Rheanna Bash, Fitness Instructor

Travelled from Oregon to New Zealand to pursue my studies in Health Science (Sport and Exercise). I love helping others meet their fitness and health goals. I believe in an active lifestyle that reflects each person's individual goals and stage of life. I have worked as a personal trainer and used a plethora of different exercises such as HIIT, endurance, bodyweight workouts and strength training. I particularly enjoy working in rehab and building confidence with the people I train.

Miska Silvennoinen, Fitness Instructor

To me, gym is life. It extends far beyond the physical aspects (fitness, strength and looking good); it’s a way of developing outstanding work ethic, a disciplined mind-set, great habits, and goal setting – all of which are important tools to create a fulfilled, meaningful life. Within the training environment I believe there should always be an emphasis on form and then intensity, making sure that the right muscles are doing the hard yards. I absolutely love pushing people beyond their limits, by tapping into their way of thinking and using it to advance their workouts - helping them realize their true potential in and outside of the gym.

  • Bachelor of Sport and Exercise - expected completion end of 2019

Lachy Waugh, Fitness Instructor

To begin with, the gym can be seen as something rather daunting and scary but with the right help and motivation it can be looked at in a completely different light. I enjoy seeing people achieve tasks completely outside of their comfort zone, coming up with a huge smile on their face, which ultimately stems from their dedication and commitment. Immersing yourself in a positive healthy lifestyle will not only have great benefits for longevity of life but will also teach valuable life lessons such as developing good habits and delayed gratification to name a few.
