We offer digital, certified copies of academic records and completion letters through the My eQuals online platform. There is no charge for this service. When you place your order, you will click ‘Submit my order’. You don’t have to do anything more.
When you place your order, we will upload a comprehensive digital academic record that shows all qualifications and courses you have studied. You will also receive separate digital completion letters for each of your completed qualifications. As soon as they have been processed, you will receive an email from My eQuals. Follow the instructions and you will have anytime, anywhere access to your documents.
You can still order and pay for hard copies after you have placed your order for digital documents.
To place your order, please log into your student homepage, click the Results and exams tab then the Order academic documents link. Follow the instructions.
Note: Only students who have completed College of Education before 1996 need to contact us regarding a record. Anyone after this can order within portal as per normal.
If you do not have internet access or do not have a credit/debit card, please contact us.
Digital copy – no charge and within 5 working days.
Hard copy – standard charges apply. A standard order will be processed within 5 working days.
We recommend you wait until your grades are published before ordering digital or hard copies of your documents. That way, your record is as complete as possible. If you choose to order a hard copy before your grades are published, you can ask us to hold your order by selecting 'Yes' on the order form.
If your study was completed at Wellington Polytechnic or Palmerston North College of Education, your record may be archived offsite. Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.
You can choose to have your order delivered by post or express delivery (courier). Alternatively, you can request to collect it from a campus.
Please note, we cannot courier to Post Office box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical delivery address.
We recommend you pay for the express delivery service if you need hard copies urgently. We will email your track and trace number to you. DHL is our international courier service and we dispatch records using their Express WorldWide service. This ensures delivery can be expected within 2 working days for most locations.
