The Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an advanced qualification for experienced and qualified health professionals.

What is CBT?

CBT is structured, short-term, present-oriented psychotherapy. It solves problems by modifying distorted thinking and changing unhelpful behaviour. CBT is effective for everyone, regardless of education, background, or age. Its effectiveness has been demonstrated with individuals, groups, couples and families, and across a wide range of problems.

Real-world learning

As part of this programme, you’ll do supervised, part-time, practical work in one or more approved settings. You’ll graduate with real-world learning to take back to your workplace.
