Use COVID-19 Alert Level 2 contact tracing form when on campus.
Our student accommodation will fully re-open at Alert Level 2 and we look forward to welcoming residents back when it is safe for them to return. If you left our halls of residence when New Zealand went into lockdown, you will be contacted directly to discuss your plans. To ensure your saftey and wellbeing on returning to campus, the University’s contact tracing process will also be used and there will be no off-campus visitors to student accommodation buildings.
We will continue to provide residents with food, care, community and support and this will not change, no matter what decisions the New Zealand Government makes regarding its COVID-19 alert levels.
Massey University will not apply charges for students who depart our accommodation when New Zealand is at COVID-19 Alert Level 4 or 3, but will apply charges as normal when New Zealand is at Alert Level 2 or 1.
If you do not intend to return to your student accommodation and wish to enquire about a refund, please contact your campus accommodation office.
You can discuss your situation and our release of contract process by also contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
