Being enrolled at Massey University does not automatically enrol you at the Heath & Counselling Centre (as we operate a confidential database) - even though you have paid your Student Services Levy.
ALL patients are required to complete the attached Registration Form.

As a member of the Comprehensive Care (Primary Health Organisation), all current University students and staff who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents can enrol at the Health & Counselling Centre as their main provider of health care. When you enrol with us, please bring evidence of your eligibility to enrol with the PHO i.e. Passport or Birth Certificate. Please also complete this form PHO Enrolment form for Domestic Patients (414 KB) as well as the Registration Form above. If you cannot provide evidence of your eligibility then the "Casual" consultation fee applies.
If you choose not to enrol with us as your main health care provider, you can still see us for your health needs, however enrolling with us as your main health care provider ensures you can access cheaper care.

If you choose to enrol with us as your main healthcare provider and therefore transfer your medical records from your previous GP to our care, here are some of the benefits you will receive:
As a PHO enrolled patient, our policy is that you attend the Welcome Clinic prior to seeing a Doctor. This FREE 15 minute appointment with the Nurse will allow us to gather all the information needed to keep you well and introduce you to all the great services we have available. This drop-in clinic is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am-1pm and Tuesday 3pm-5pm.
