Thursday night Barre will not take place during the mid-year break. The final session for semester one will take place on Thur 13 Jun and then resume on Thur 18 Jun. Please note that Tuesday Barre classes will run as normal throughout.

Non Member Prices: Single entry: $10 for student and $12 for community.
Concession Pass: $100 for 10 passes.
A Group Fitness class is generally not a suitable environment for children, we are happy to admit them under adequate supervision. If you do decide to bring your child to group fitness classes we expect that they are placed in a safe position (away from potential harm from dropped weights etc), have their hearing protected and are removed from the class if they disturb other users.
NB: Sport and Recreation Services reserve the right to cancel, change or add classes. Call reception if you wish to confirm a class
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy, sports-inspired workout with moves that combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
BODYBALANCE™ is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises using Yoga and Pilates sequences to strengthen and tone your key muscle groups. Poses and stretches are used to create suppleness and flexibility. The class finishes with 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation to fully relax.
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps). It gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.
BODYSTEP™ is basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs. This full-body cardio workout will really tone your butt and thighs.

CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body while chiselling your waist line. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do – it's the glue that holds everything together.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength | A 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plates and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio | A 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.
LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo | A 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete.
RPM™ is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It blasts calories and builds aerobic fitness fast.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. $5 per session. Open to Massey staff, students and Rec Centre members only.
LES MILLS BARRE ™ is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday.
