In order to graduate at a graduation ceremony or via Academic Board you need to apply to graduate. If you choose to graduate via Academic Board your graduation certificate will be sent to you and you will not be able to graduate in person at a ceremony at a later date.
Once you have completed your qualification, and graduation applications are open, you will receive a notification in your student portal with information about how to apply. Notifications are sent out after Semester One and Semester Two:
Semester One: Mid-August
Semester Two: Mid-January
If you want to graduate via Academic Board you can request that an apply to graduate notification is sent to you at any time using the following form.
If you have not received an apply to graduate notification and you would like to graduate, please complete this form and we will send a notification to your student portal.
