Walter Dyer Hall has been recently refurbished. Walter Dyer is our biggest hall but still has a close knit community feel. While across the road from campus, it is a quick walk down the stairs and through the tunnel, leaving you just a stones-throw away from our Social Sciences lecture blocks and Vet Tower.

The Hall has:
4 common areas
4 kitchen facilities
Shared bathrooms with private cubicles
Access to laundry facilities
Access to 14 university-networked computers and 1 printer (Ruahine Computer Lab)
TV with Sky connection
95 single bedrooms
Each bedroom has:
King single bed and bed linen *(sheets, pillowcase and mattress protector)
Study desk and chair
Rubbish bin
Internet access can be purchased from the Residential Services Office, click here for information on available internet plans
