Graduation 2020

In supporting the Government’s attempts to limit the spread of COVID-19, Massey University has taken the unprecedented step of cancelling all graduation ceremonies in April and May including our celebrations to honour Māori graduates. We share your disappointment at this time in not being able to graduate in the usual way, but the change to the ceremony in no way reflects on your qualification, neither does it diminish the magnitude of your achievement.

Those who chose not to defer their graduations have still become graduates and we have been honoured to call their names in special videos and social media posts on the Māori@Massey Facebook page.

We hope in the future we will be able to host our usual celebrations to honour our Māori Graduates and you will be informed if and when arrangements are made.

Full details can be found on the Graduation web pages.
